Currently this stock can only be delivered to Australian addresses. 40% off stock is delivery via Australian post and is delivered within 2-4 working days on average.

All other stock

All other stock is delivered direct to your door from our warehouse. We use the best freight agent for your particular country. All shipping is insured and trackable. We will provide tracking instructions via email when your boots are dispatched.

Shipping Times

Clearance stock items are delivered within 1-5 working days. Normal stock is typically received in 6-10 days of ordering.

100% Insured Shipping

Clearance stock is shipping via Australian registered post. All other orders are shipped via RPX to the UK, and EMS / Australia Post or DHL to other countries and are 100% insured. This means that if your order for some reason is misplaced by the shipping company (which is very rare) you will receive your choice of a replacement or full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking login that will allow you to see exactly where your order is at every stage of the delivery. You can also see attempted deliveries - so if you happen to be out when the delivery person comes you can reschedule a delivery etc... (they will also leave a slip of paper in your letter box too).

Where are the boots shipped from

Clearance stock is shipped direct from Australia. To save on double handling and excessive shipping costs we ship all our boots directly from our factory in China. We cover all shipping costs, including all duties fees and taxes for shipping to Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
